Kasaundra joined Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs in August of 2021. She graduated from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in March of 2019 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She loves being able to help her patients so they can live happy and healthy lives. She also is passionate about client education and enjoys being able to help people learn and be more involved in their pets medical decisions. Her favorite thing about working at Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs is being able to work with different species of animals after working exclusively with cats at a feline-only shelter. She also enjoys working with people who care passionately about the level of care that is provided at Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs. She shares her home with her husband, who she met in highschool, their 2 dogs, Mercedes, a Cocker-Spaniel Mix and Leonidas, a German Shepherd Husky Mix, and their cat Karl. She enjoys going for hikes with her dogs, doing puzzles with the assistance of Karl the Cat, and having family movie nights.
