Kate

Kate’s journey into veterinary medicine began early. Her mom was a veterinary technician, so Kate grew up in and around the veterinary world and developed a lifelong passion for animals. She joined our team in August 2025 and has loved becoming part of the practice.

One of Kate’s favorite parts of veterinary medicine is serving as a bridge between the veterinary team and pet owners. She enjoys helping clients understand the benefits of medical recommendations, advocating for their pets, and making sure they feel informed and confident when making decisions about their care. For Kate, there is nothing more rewarding than empowering pet owners to make the best choices possible for their pets and help them live their best lives.

At home, Kate lives with her husband and a lively crew of pets. She is the proud owner of five cats: One-Eyed Trout, Three-Legged Beyla, Purrito, Tyr, and Maverick. She also has two dogs, Freya, a Corgi, and Roque, an Australian Shepherd.

When she’s not at work, Kate loves traveling and exploring the outdoors. Her favorite activities include camping, kayaking, photography, and reading.
