"If I could give them 100 stars I would. Unfortunately we had to put my 17 year old cat down, and every single person we dealt with (from the vets to the techs and everyone in between), they were patient, gentle, kind, comforting, and let my son and I take all the time we needed before, during and after the euthenasia. We got a keepsake made of her paw print and can't wait to pick it up. Very sad experience seeing my kitty in so much pain, but they encouraged me, informed me, and were incredibly gracious throughout the whole ordeal. I hope Kimber is up in heaven chasing butterflies, climbing trees and being her spunky, sassy, sweet self I miss her so much thank you to your whole staff for truly being there for us. It means more to us than you'll ever know!"
